Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days
- The tool fails to function as described on the product page
- You have submitted a support ticket describing the issue with sufficient detail
- Our support team was unable to resolve the reported issue within 48 hours of your ticket
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the original payment confirmed on-chain
- Your license was suspended or blacklisted due to a Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Agreement violation
- The issue is caused by your own system configuration, incompatible operating system, missing dependencies, or unsupported hardware
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product
- The tool was purchased as part of a bundle (bundle refunds are evaluated separately)
- A third-party platform (e.g., Google, Apple) suspended or restricted your account — this is outside ZeroPhantom's control and does not constitute a tool malfunction
- You purchased a credits pack — credits are non-refundable once issued to your account
- API service credits already consumed cannot be refunded
3. How to Request
- Open a support ticket via the Support page or your Customer Portal
- Include your purchase email address and the BTCPay invoice ID or on-chain transaction ID
- Clearly describe what is not working, what you expected, and what you attempted to resolve it
- Include screenshots or logs if available
We aim to respond within 24 hours. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Cryptocurrency Refunds
All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Approved refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency at the USD-equivalent value at the time of the original transaction. ZeroPhantom is not responsible for exchange rate changes between the time of purchase and the time of refund. You must provide a valid receiving wallet address for the same currency.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a tool partially functions, we may at our discretion offer a partial refund, an extension of your license period, or a credit to your ZeroPhantom account equivalent to the purchase value.
6. Chargebacks
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature; traditional chargebacks do not apply. Any attempt to reverse a payment through fraudulent means will result in permanent account suspension, license revocation, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses are subject to the same 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 7 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Bundle Purchases
Bundle refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If one tool in a bundle is non-functional, we will attempt to resolve the issue. A full bundle refund will only be considered if multiple tools fail to function as described and support was unable to resolve the issues.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect on the date your payment confirmed.
